Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Lantern Hill community in New Providence, New Jersey is hiring for an entry-level dining associate. This evening schedule (4pm–8pm) with weekend availability offers flexible hours, no late nights, and a clear path to growth within a nationwide network of senior-living communities.

You will learn menu items, share daily specials with residents and guests, record orders with accuracy, and deliver a consistently excellent dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No experience required.
• Have weekday and weekend availability.
• Have good communication skills.
• Have a friendly and energetic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert.
• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences.
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently.
