Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar is seeking a server to delight guests by delivering food and drinks in a courteous, timely manner while following the restaurant's service steps and standards. You will greet guests, explain menu options, take orders, deliver meals, and process payments in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds, and a commitment to teamwork and high service standards to ensure an enjoyable

Responsabilidades

• Serve food and beverages using the Applebee's TEAM delivery system
• Pre bus table and sweep the surrounding area to keep it clean and comfortable
• Collect payment from customers in a timely manner using the QR code or POS
• Completes daily cleaning work tasks and maintains a clean and safe working environment
• Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate an enjoyable dining experience

Physical And Mental Requirements

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
