Job summary

Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is looking for friendly team members to guide guests through the menu, make recommendations, and ensure a smooth dining experience. You’ll ring in orders accurately, keep drinks filled, and support teammates to deliver outstanding service on busy nights.

Experience helps but is not required—we’ll train you in the JNN way. This on-site role offers competitive pay, flexible schedules, and benefits for eligible team members as part of our growing Nashville team.

Qualifications

• You can read a table quickly and guide guests through a busy dining room.
