Job summary

Kona Ice of Mountain View is seeking motivated and charismatic servers to join our local Krew. This fast‑paced, fun role puts you in the community at school events, sports, festivals, and other gatherings, delivering our premium shaved ice.

You will arrive safely to events, greet customers courteously, provide rapid service, maintain hygiene standards, clean trucks/warehouse, stock supplies, and complete end‑of‑shift prep. Must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and weekend availability.

This is a fast‑paced and fun job in a growing company where each day will never be like the last. We participate in a wide variety of local activities, such as school events, sports, games, tournaments, large festivals, concerts, corporate events, neighborhood get‑togethers, weddings, birthdays, and other unique events.

Arrive safely to scheduled events and greet customers courteously

Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy

Comply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines

Perform basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse
