Job summary

The Goat, part of Lifestyle Communities, is seeking a personable Server to join the Front of House team in a Nashville-area dining setting. You will greet guests, take orders, and provide attentive service in a fast-paced environment.

This part-time, non-exempt role requires a High School diploma and at least one year of customer service experience. You will use the POS system, handle payments, and help create memorable guest moments while upholding hospitality standards.

This role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, answering guest questions, processing payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.What You’ll Bring:Warmly greet every guest upon arrival and departure.Create a positive first impression by maintaining a friendly, professional, and polished demeanor.Present menus, explain specials, and offer recommendations.Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly.Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.Maximize sales through product knowledge and positive guest engagement.Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.
