Flynn Applebee's in Monaca, PA is seeking friendly, guest-focused servers to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, suggest menu options, and ensure a positive dining experience from seating to checkout.

You must be at least 18, capable of effective communication, and able to work a flexible schedule with some evenings and weekends. Competitive wages, daily pay, and a comprehensive benefits package are available. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Physical Standards

• Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length.
• Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Transports plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift (depending on flow of business).
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Ability to wear protective hand coverings through entire shift.
• Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout entire shift.
• Ability to wear protective face coverings and/or masks through entire shift.
• Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift.
