SERVER JOB DESCRIPTION: Our servers deliver the gold standard in service by providing the highest standards of customer service to match our highest quality burgers and shakes. They support an environment of teamwork and demonstrate the Golden Rule.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers; be friendly and professional.
• Take accurate orders and input them into the point of sale (POS) system.
• Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are sent out as requested.
• Process payments at the table or at the POS terminal.
• Offer beverages to guests and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Maintain dining ambiance by maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere and ensuring food and beverages are delivered in a timely manner.
• Store presentation – Maintain the highest level of cleanliness in all customer facing areas of the restaurant.
