Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking friendly staff to enhance the guest dining experience in a warm, country hospitality setting. You’ll greet guests, help with seating and service, and contribute to a team-driven environment that values quick learning and multitasking.

No prior restaurant experience is required—training is provided. We offer weekly pay, benefits eligibility from day one for full-time and part-time team members, and growth opportunities through our PAR training program.
