Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro in Maumee, OH is hiring for dine-in food and beverage servers (waiters/waitresses). No prior experience is required—we train you on the job and help you earn tips from day one.

As a core team member, you deliver hospitality, explain menu items, take and serve orders, and handle payments. We offer flexible schedules, paid training, opportunities for advancement, and employee discounts in a friendly Pan-Asian dining environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required - we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handlers Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.

Job Summary: The dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitress or Waiters are core team members of the scratch kitchen restaurant. All Team Members must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience.
