Job summary

Echo Lake in Malvern, PA, is seeking compassionate servers to help provide dining services to our senior residents. We offer flexible schedules with weekends required, and positions available in full-time and part-time shifts to support a caring, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and service-oriented
• Excellent customer service attitude
• Must receive the annual Flu vaccine (excluding medical or religious exemptions)

Responsibilities

• Serve resident meals in a timely and professional manner
• Reset and prepare tables for the next meal service
• Serve room trays as needed
• Maintain community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
• Adhere to food quality, presentation, and appearance standards
• Exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order
• Take orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service
• Clear dishes and assist with dishwashing as needed
• Serve customers using proper etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere
• Ensure diets are served correctly according to policy and procedure
