Legend Senior Living® in Lititz, PA is seeking outstanding individuals to join the culinary team as a Server. You will provide efficient and courteous service to residents and guests during meals, contributing to Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining standards and upscale atmosphere.

As a full-time server, you will enjoy a balanced schedule with no late-night hours, earning a flat hourly rate with no tip acceptance. The role emphasizes resident care, hospitality, and teamwork within a thriving senior living

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to residents and their guests in an elegant restaurant-style dining room
• Accurately taking, placing and serving food and beverage orders as requested
• Assisting with special requests whenever possible
• Monitoring the salad bar to ensure proper supply and temperature is maintained
• Clearing the tables, delivering soiled items to be cleaned, and resetting the table

• Pay: Know what you're bringing home each day--Servers are paid a flat hourly rate and may not accept tips. This is to ensure residents are protected.
