Server

Shifts, Time, and Days: Sundays & Mondays from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Thursdays from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM.

Pay Range: $12.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Accurately take residents’ and guests’ food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Set up and break down tables (bus).
• Ensure compliance with proper serving techniques and etiquette (e.g., serve from left, clear used dishes between courses).
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co‑workers and other departments.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
• May be required to vaccinate and comply with daily screening, surveillance testing, and PPE protocols to prevent the spread of communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
