Job summary

Tommy Bahama in Hawaii seeks team members to join our island-inspired hospitality group. You’ll be part of a growing team delivering hospitality across our restaurants nationwide, with real career growth opportunities and competitive pay plus discounts for retail, food, and beverage.

Roles include food & beverage service, bar and guest interactions, with emphasis on knowledge of menus, cash handling, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
• Routine standing for duration of shift
• Safely maneuvering equipment: Hand cart, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys and other tools provided to complete work
• Scheduled shifts determined by business needs

• Participate in a professional team environment that promotes sales and service success
• Possess complete knowledge of all food and beverage menus – including ingredients, preparation methods and presentation
• Practice proper cash handling and proper operation of the point‑of‑sale system
