Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking friendly servers in Joliet, IL, to deliver country hospitality and memorable guest experiences. You’ll focus on the little details that matter—from greeting guests to efficiently managing multiple tables with a smile.

No prior restaurant experience is required; we’ll train you from day one. We offer weekly pay, benefits eligibility on day one for full- and part-time staff, plus growth opportunities through our PAR training program and a 401(k) with company matching.
