Job summary

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar in Michigan’s Ionia area is seeking a friendly server to delight guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

You will greet guests, explain menu items, input orders accurately, process payments, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is preferred, with a team-oriented, proactive attitude.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
