North Italia in Huntsville is seeking friendly servers to join our team. You will provide warm, attentive service, knowing regular guests by name and anticipating their needs while making recommendations to enhance their dining experience.

Qualifications

• Loves authentic Italian food and creates a warm, welcoming environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Make guests feel comfortable and indicate you are there to take care of them.
• Know regular guests by name and anticipate preferences and needs.
• Make recommendations you genuinely believe guests will enjoy.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter into the POS system.
• Keep dining spaces clean and presentable.
• Communicate regularly with tables and anticipate needs.
• Go above and beyond guests' expectations and respond promptly.
