The Applebee’s server position at Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar in Howell, MI invites you to Delight our Guests by exceeding expectations while serving food and beverages in a courteous, timely manner following Applebee’s Service Steps. Primary duties include greeting guests, describing the menu, taking orders in POS, delivering with the TEAM system, pre-bus, collecting payments, and maintaining a clean, safe dining

Responsabilidades

• Completes daily cleaning work tasks and maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate an enjoyable dining experience.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
