Job summary

BB's Tex-Orleans is a popular restaurant in Houston known for its NOLA-style fare, crawfish, and Texas flair. We are seeking friendly servers who can greet guests, explain menu items, and help create a hospitable dining room.

You will take orders, upsell, manage payments, and keep guests satisfied throughout their visit. Applicants should maintain a positive attitude, work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and bring prior customer service experience.

Servers greet our guests and engage in friendly conversation with them. BB's Servers are knowledgeable about the food and beverages on the menu so they can explain dishes and drinks to guests Servers strive to cultivate a hospitable & welcoming environment.

Responsibilities for a Server

• Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.

Requirements and skills for successful Servers

• Have a positive attitude
• Work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff.
• Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired.

• Average Server makes approx. $25/hour with their tips
