Benchmark Senior Living's Haverhill Crossings location is seeking a Full Time Server to join our dining team. You will foster a clean, welcoming dining environment and provide friendly, personalized service to residents.

The role includes taking orders, delivering meals, and supporting dining room setup, with opportunities for paid training and benefits. We offer a stable, caring workplace with 8 holidays plus 3 floating holidays, discounted meal program, 401k with company match, and

Qualifications

• Must follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have knowledge of dietary procedures and related Health Department regulations and guidelines for food service operations.
• Must be able to serve food and beverages for residents in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• This is primarily a standing position and required to stand in one place for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and beverage orders from residents and serves meals on a timely basis that are both presentable and appetizing in appearance.
• Sets up and delivers meal trays and food carts to the dining room as instructed.
• Handles requests from residents who require assistance with meal selection or have specific needs.
• Sets up the dining room for the next scheduled meal.
• Assists in inventorying supplies.
