Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a friendly server to deliver outstanding guest service in our food and beverage outlets. You’ll be the first and last impression guests remember, so a warm smile and dependable attitude matter.

Make sound decisions and solve problems to ensure 100% guest satisfaction

Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and well-organized

Demonstrate reliable and punctual attendance

Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

Engage with and understand our guests, discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
