Job summary

The Delaney at The Green is seeking a Memory Care Dining Room Server to join our culinary team in Florham Park, New Jersey. This part-time role provides front-line serving in the memory care neighborhood, handling orders, delivering meals, and maintaining a welcoming dining atmosphere under supervision.

Qualifications include at least sophomore year of high school completion and preferred experience in food service and with seniors.

The Delaney at The Green is recruiting for a hospitality focused Memory Care Sever to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the memory care neighborhood.

Salary: $17.50/hour

Schedule: Part-time opportunity, 4:00-8:00pm

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Memory Care Dining Room Server:

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required
• Experience in food service work preferred
• Experience in working with seniors preferred
