Job summary

Versailles Café & Pastries in Encinitas is seeking an experienced Server to join our team. The Server is vital to our customer’s dining experience, responsible for building rapport, taking orders, and serving food and drinks.

The ideal candidate should have a friendly personality and excellent attention to detail. Must be available to work weekends and holidays, with shifts from 11am – 5:30pm and 9am – 1pm (2–3 days a week).

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server is preferred.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays.
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Speaking French is a plus.

• Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff.
