Job summary

Discovery Management Group in the United States is seeking a friendly Server to join a senior living community. You will provide warm, attentive meal service, ensuring residents and guests enjoy a welcoming dining experience that reflects high standards.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting dining room operations. Previous dining or hospitality experience is preferred, and a genuine passion for service to seniors is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Enjoys working with seniors and providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to interact professionally and courteously with residents, guests, and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Demonstrates good judgment, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift trays, dishes, and supplies (up to 25–50 lbs.).
• Possible exposure to cleaning chemicals and food service equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends/holidays.

Your Role:
