Buffalo Wild Wings in Dearborn, MI is seeking an energetic Server to deliver top-tier guest service during busy game-day and everyday shifts. You will read Guests, suggest items from our wings, beer, and sports lineup, and create legendary experiences fast with a friendly approach.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and work fast-paced shifts.
• Strong guest service and sports-minded attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Read Guests and recommend menu items from Wings, Beer and Sports offerings.
• Complete required food safety and responsible alcohol service training.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and support staff during peak times.

You’re the “go-to” guy or gal with the knowledge and confidence to read your Guests and recommend just the thing to hit the spot.

REQUIRMENTS

• You are a minimum of 18 years of age
• You have prior service experience, preferably in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Must be able to work on foot for long periods of time
• Must be able to handle a fast-paced, high-intensity job setting
• Heart of a competitor - Sportsmanship, Hustle, Spontaneity, Community, and Fun are all part of your player profile
• You know what it takes to create legendary experiences between friends and have exceptional guest service skills

WILL BE PROVIDED

• Food safety basic training
• Responsible Alcohol Service training
• Position training lasts a minimum of 9 days
