Job summary

Bickford Senior Living in Crystal Lake, IL is hiring a Server to support the culinary team and serve residents in our restaurant-style Bread Basket dining experience. The Server aids in delivering meals with care and hospitality in a warm, resident-focused setting.

This role offers day and evening shifts with starting pay at $15 per hour. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options include a benefits package and daily pay options, with enrollment for medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits

Responsibilities

• Serve food timely utilizing Bickford’s process.
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their dining experience.
• Wash dishes, pots and pans following Bickford’s dishwashing procedure.
• Complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Maintain dining room and dish machine area to meet cleanliness standards.

Join our DYNAMIC team at Bickford Senior Living as a Server! The Server supports the culinary team who prepares food to be served to our residents in our restaurant-style dining experience called the “Bread Basket.”.

This position offers a full suite of benefits options that vary based on employment status. Some of the benefits include, but are not limited to:

FULL-TIME

• Full-time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for all benefits (medical, dental, vision, and voluntary products)

PART-TIME
