Legend Senior Living in Cranberry Township is seeking outstanding individuals to join the culinary team as a Server. You will deliver efficient and courteous dining service to residents and guests, helping maintain the Gold Leaf Dining standard.

This role emphasizes work-life balance with earlier dining hours and a flat hourly pay (no tips). Benefits include paid time off and growth opportunities within a company recognized as a Great Place To Work for eight consecutive years.

Responsabilités

• Providing excellent customer service to residents and their guests in an elegant restaurant-style dining room
• Accurately taking, placing and serving food and beverage orders as requested
• Assisting with special requests whenever possible
• Monitoring the salad bar to ensure proper supply and temperature is maintained
• Clearing the tables, delivering soiled items to be cleaned, and resetting the table

• Pay: Know what you're bringing home each day--Servers are paid a flat hourly rate and may not accept tips. This is to ensure residents are protected.
