Tucanos Colorado Springs - 6 is hiring a Server – Tour Guide of Flavor to welcome guests with warmth and lead them through a vibrant churrasco experience. You will seat guests, reset tables, and support the team to keep service lively and efficient.

We’re a fast-paced, people-driven restaurant offering flexible scheduling (full or part-time) and opportunities to grow, with a friendly, energetic Brazilian flair on every shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and able to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Able to engage guests with warmth and confidence and explain menu items.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and reset tables to maintain flow.
• Assist with light prep items and keep service upbeat and smooth.
• Explain the churrasco concept and menu to guests; guide them through the dining experience.
• Provide friendly, attentive service and build connections with guests.

At Tucanos, you're not just taking orders—you’re leading a flavorful adventure. As a server, you’ll welcome guests with warmth, build personal connections, and walk them through a dining experience unlike any other—full of sizzling meats, festive energy, and Brazilian flair.

You’ll help guests discover our unique menu, explain how the churrasco works, and create moments they’ll talk about long after the last bite.

You’ll also support the team by seating guests, resetting tables, prepping light items, and keeping the rhythm of service upbeat and smooth.

What We’re Looking For:

• A natural people-person who thrives on guest connection
• Confident communicator, comfortable recommending menu items
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Experience with POS systems a plus
