Job description

The server will be responsible for taking food and drink orders from customers, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The server will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate Guests’ time restrictions by reading the Guest and adapting service style to their pace and interaction requirements.
• Anticipate the Guests’ needs and wants and accommodate special requests.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, inputting correctly into the POS system, and delivering camera‑ready quality food – every shift, every Guest.
• Act as a final quality check on food and beverages before they are served.
• Assist management by informing them of maintenance problems, safety concerns, low supply inventory levels, and Guest issues.
• Help resolve Guest complaints by using the BLAST Guest Recovery Model.
• Assist in the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant.
• Complete and set‐ups, side work, and/or closing duties assigned.
• Ensure safe food handling and general restaurant safety for Guests and Team Members.
