Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC. is seeking Front of House Team Members for Sonny’s BBQ. The role focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences, handling transactions, and seating guests while maintaining a clean, fast-paced environment.

Team members will participate in ongoing training, enjoy employee benefits, and have opportunities for growth within a supportive, family-friendly franchise culture.

General Purpose

Essential Duties (may Include, But Not Limited To)

• Provide excellent guest service
• Ability to upsell guests beyond their orders
• Process transactions and collect payment
• Assist with restocking items
• Interact with guests upon arrival and seat them accordinglyCommunicate with the kitchen staff

• Must be dependable and can maintain a flexible schedule
• Attend and successfully complete any ongoing training or certification programs required by the company, federally, or by the state as it relates to this position.

Required Skills And Experience

• Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
• Constant ability to push, pull, lift, carry and or move up to 10 pounds.
• Team Members will be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and required to work with cleaning chemicals. Frequent washing of the hands is required for all positions.
