Job summary

Clarendale Clayton is seeking a hospitality-focused Dining Room Server to join our culinary team in Clayton, MO. This is a part-time role with flexible hours and some weekend shifts.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour. Benefits include 401K with employer match, health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and daily pay. You will greet residents, take orders, serve with courtesy, and help maintain a clean, inviting dining area.

Qualifications

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required.
• Experience in food service work preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order; take orders and provide items graciously and courteously.
• Serve customers with proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
• Always uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and organization standards.
• Answer pertinent questions about menu items and assist as needed.
• Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards.

• - Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• - Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• - Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
