As an Applebee’s Server, you will serve as our guest's first and last impression. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of the guest. You will work hard but have a great time doing it!

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent service.
• Take orders, recommend menu items, and answer questions.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of dining area.
• Assist with food prep, restocking, and use of cleaning supplies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Physical Standards

Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours, safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to transport plates, glasses, baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift. All work requires wearing protective hand coverings, face coverings/masks, and using disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout shift, with frequent hand washing.
