TheServeris responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests,ensuring that allmenu items are prepared accurately and efficiently, working with the team to manage low ticket times and uncompromising food quality, anticipating guests’ needs, and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction by checking in with guests throughout the course of their meal. It is also the responsibility of a server to move with a sense of urgency, and to take action to correct any problems the guest may have during their dining experience.

Safety:

• Checks the ID of every patron, as to not serve alcohol to minors

Education and/or Experience:

• Restaurant experience preferred, but not required
• Ability and willingness to eventually learn all stations on the line
• Ability to follow drink recipes and maintain accurate pour sizes
• Ability to keep calm under pressure

Understands and can operate the POS system

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Mathematical skills:

Ability to calculate figures amounts such as discount, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, volume, cost, and tip share.

Reasoning Ability:

• Ability to solve practical problems deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Physical Demands:
