Benchmark Senior Living in Brookfield, CT is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining team. You will foster a clean, welcoming dining environment and provide attentive, personalized service while delivering delicious meals to residents.

Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering meal trays, assisting residents with meal selections, and helping set up the dining room for upcoming meals. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and compassionate care within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Follow written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and Health Department regulations for food service operations.
• Ability to serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing position for extended periods.

• Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• This is primarily a standing position and required to stand in one place for extended periods of time.
