Job summary

The Post Colorado in Boulder seeks friendly servers to join our team, delivering southern hospitality with knowledge of food and beer. Part-time or full-time roles are available, including nights and weekends, with competitive hourly pay and tips.

Qualifications

Servers

are the masters of the fun and familial guest experience at The Post, responsible for dispensing ‘southern’ style hospitality and ridiculous knowledge of all things related to delicious food, spectacular service and quenching bevs. Must be detail oriented and well versed in proper steps of service and etiquette, in addition to possessing superior communication skills and excelling in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Selfless and personable hospitality creates remarkable guest experiences. Candidates should be experts in the arena of food and beer service, be eager to learn, cool under pressure and adaptable.

• Full-Time or Part-Time (full-availability: nights & weekends)
• Hourly wage with tips $22-$26 per hour (with opportunity to earn more!)
• Cicerone Certification a plus!
• TIPS and/or Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (we’ll provide training!)
