Job summary

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a server to join our team. You will serve guests in your assigned section, learn the menu to provide excellent service, and enter orders into the computer system with attention to special instructions.

You will also stay alert to guest needs, follow uniform and hygiene standards, and support team members as needed in a lively, values-driven environment that has been shaping smiles since 1949.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented and good communication
• Ability to stand/walk 100% of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 20 lbs frequently

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in assigned sections following company policies
• Maintain full menu knowledge to ensure excellent guest service
• Enter guest orders into the POS system with accuracy including special instructions
• Be attentive to guest needs (pre-buss, refills, handling incidents) and follow hygiene and dress code

• Serving food to guests in an assigned section, following the company policies and procedures
• Complete understanding of the menu to ensure excellent guest service
• Entering guest orders into the computer system, including all special instructions
• Keeping alert to guests needs such as pre-bussing, refilling drinks, and attending to accidents
• Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper hygiene
• The cook will also have to perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor
