Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Atlanta is seeking an energetic Server to deliver memorable dining experiences, warmly welcome guests, and ensure satisfaction with food and service. You will stay knowledgeable about our menu, answer questions on dishes and dietary needs, handle side work, and manage billing accurately while collaborating with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and monitor dining experience, responding promptly to requests.
• Maintain menu knowledge and answer questions about food, beverages, and dietary restrictions.
• Perform side work and keep service areas clean throughout the shift.
• Prepare bills, process payments, and report gratuities per IRS requirements.
• Positive energy and teamwork.
• Must be 18+ with at least 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Excellent communication with managers, staff, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing and walking with occasional bending and lifting.

THE ROLE

In the world of foodie's - you utterly enjoy studying and offering a mouthwatering detailed explanation of each dish. As a Server, you strive to make each interaction an unforgettable one, having your guests' running back for more.

What we will ask of you:

Requirements for Success:

• Have a positive energy, be ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player
• Be 18 years of age or older and at least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests
• A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting
