Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Server for Glenncrest at Buckhead to deliver gracious hospitality to residents and guests in a luxury senior living setting. You will guide guests through menus, support bar and coffee shop operations, and maintain dining area standards.

The role requires a caring attitude, HS diploma/GED, and hospitality experience. Flexibility for holidays and events is essential, with a focus on exceptional interpersonal communication with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification if state requirements apply.
• Food server/hospitality experience required.
• Bar Card preferred if applicable to state requirements.
• Willingness to work with the elderly in a senior living environment and meet service standards.
• Knowledge of a POS system preferred.
• Must be flexible to work holidays, weekends, and events.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents and guests receive gracious hospitality and a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist in Bar and Coffee Shop as scheduled.
• Guide guests through menus with thorough knowledge of food and beverages.
• Maintain appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards in dining areas.
• Take accurate orders and coordinate with team for prompt service.
• Set and reset tables per company standards.
• Assist with meal prep if requested.
• Help maintain stock levels of bar, coffee shop and front of house.
• Assist with special events and activities as requested.

Primary Responsibilities of the Server:

• Ensure that all residents and guests receive gracious hospitality and have a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist in Bar and Coffee Shop as scheduled.
• Guiding guests through menus, demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food and beverages.
• Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards in all dining areas.
• Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to deliver great food in an organized manner as to deliver prompt, world class service
• Sets and reset tables in line with company standards.
• Assist with meal preparation if requested.
• Assist with maintaining stock levels of bar, coffee shop and front of the house.
• Assist with special events and activities as requested

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• ServSafe Certification if applicable by state requirements.
• Food server/hospitality experience required .
• Bar Card preferred if applicable to state requirements.
