Cracker Barrel is hiring servers who deliver a warm, country hospitality experience. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely service in a team-driven environment.

No restaurant experience is required; comprehensive training starts at day one. We offer competitive weekly pay with tips kept by you, day-one health insurance eligibility for both full- and part-time staff, vacation time, and an employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• Must be able to create a warm guest experience and maintain friendly service.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to busy dining room environments.
