Job summary

Fogo de Chão is hiring servers to provide a high-energy, guest-centered dining experience in Albuquerque. You will greet guests, seat them, present menus, and relay special requests to the kitchen while coordinating with cashiers for smooth processing and payment.

The role requires standing long periods, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and availability on weekends and holidays. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, make eye contact, and use a friendly verbal greeting.
• Pull each guest’s chair and lay the napkin in their lap.
• Present menu and answer any questions regarding the menu items.
• Take and serve beverage and dessert orders and communicate to the Churrasqueiros any special requests for meats.
• Place orders with Cashiers for processing and payment.
• Assist other Servers in their areas when appropriate.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
