Job summary

Korean Women's Association (KWA) in Sequim, WA is seeking compassionate caregivers for full- or part-time roles. Earn $23.54-$27.28 per hour, with paid caregiver training and paid healthcare insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must have reliable personal transportation and a valid Washington State driver's license with auto insurance.
• Willingness to become certified as a home care worker within a set time frame.
• Must satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check.
• Preferred: experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bed care, washing, dressing, positioning and activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and support with personal hygiene, meals, and daily routines.
• Assist clients in morning routines and mobility while ensuring safety and comfort.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY, YOU MUST:

• Be 18+ years old
• Have reliable personal transportation
• Hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
• Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
• Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check

Preferred qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
• A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills

WORK SCHEDULE:

This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work part-time or full-time (based on your preferences). Caregivers are not required to work a minimum number of hours per week and can choose their preferred days, times, and locations.
