Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable growth.
Strong knowledge of Technical, On-page and Off-page SEO.
Experience growing organic traffic for a real business.
Proficient with Google Search Console and GA4.
Experience using SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar tools.
Understanding of WordPress; basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and good written English.
Fintech, financial services or competitive industries experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the SEO strategy for the company website.
Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent commercial queries.
Improve rankings for service-related and informational keywords.
Perform technical SEO audits and resolve indexing/crawling issues.
Manage on-page SEO including titles, meta descriptions, internal links and headings.
Develop SEO content plans with content and marketing teams.
Build and improve landing pages for key queries.
Manage off-page SEO and high-quality backlink building.
Monitor Search Console and GA4; report insights and recommendations.
Use SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog for research and analysis.
Conduct competitor SEO analysis and improve Core Web Vitals.
Implement structured data and local SEO; monitor leads and conversions.
Collaborate with performance marketing to share keyword insights.

SEO Specialist

CZI Global Consulting is an international consulting company currently developing its business in India. We work in the financial consulting and debt settlement sector.

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who can take ownership of the organic growth of our website and improve our visibility on Google.

The main objective of this role is to increase relevant organic traffic, improve keyword rankings and generate qualified organic leads for the business.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the SEO strategy for the company website.
Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent commercial search queries.
Improve rankings for service-related and informational keywords.
Perform technical SEO audits and resolve indexing, crawling and website structure issues.
Manage on-page SEO including titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, headings and content optimization.
Develop SEO content plans together with the content and marketing teams.
Build and improve landing pages for important search queries.
Manage off-page SEO and high-quality backlink building.
Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Use tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog for research and analysis.
Conduct competitor SEO analysis.
Improve Core Web Vitals and website performance together with developers.
Implement structured data and schema markup where required.
Develop Local SEO and Google Business Profile.
Monitor organic traffic, rankings, leads and conversions.
Prepare regular SEO reports and recommendations.
Work closely with the performance marketing team to share keyword and conversion insights.

What we are looking for:

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-page SEO and Off-page SEO.
Experience growing organic traffic for a real business.
Strong knowledge of Google Search Console and GA4.
Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar SEO tools.
Understanding of WordPress.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS will be an advantage.
Strong analytical skills.
Good written English.
Experience in fintech, financial services or other competitive industries will be an advantage.
