IGB Affiliate is seeking a Middle SEO Specialist for remote, full-time employment. You will own SEO initiatives for multiple projects, forecast budgets, and manage content and link-building efforts with internal teams and freelancers.

You will run experiments, monitor SERP performance, and collaborate with product teams to improve business KPIs while mentoring junior specialists. Flexible hours and remote work are offered.

Develop, justify, and implement quarterly and annual SEO strategies. Forecast SEO budgets and measure spend effectiveness. Manage freelancers and internal teams for content, link-building, and development, ensuring end-product quality. Continually generate hypotheses, launch experiments, and analyse results. Scale successful SEO initiatives and methodologies across additional team projects. Ongoing SERP and niche monitoring with rapid reaction to changes and rollout of best practices. Cross-functional collaboration with product teams to enhance user experience and business KPIs.
