Mercor is seeking a Marketing Expert—Organic Growth to drive AI Agent Environments initiatives on a remote contract basis. You will design growth experiments, analyze performance, and shape content and dashboards for real-world tasks.

The role emphasizes hands-on organic growth, SEO/AEO, and tooling expertise with GA4, GSC, Semrush/Ahrefs, and Contentful. Compensation is $60–$100 per hour, and the work is remote.

• Hands-on practitioner experience in organic growth or SEO/AEO.
• Fluent in GA4, GSC, Semrush or Ahrefs, and a CMS like Contentful.

• Clear written reasoning to explain decision-making.

Preferred

• Experience building AI training environments , RL environments , or simulated case studies.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
