Job summary

Pixofix is seeking a hands-on SEO specialist to scale organic search and GEO/AI visibility for fashion and eCommerce imagery. You’ll audit, optimize, and expand programmatic SEO efforts, create AI-assisted content with human oversight, and ensure robust technical health across the site.

You will implement automations in n8n, manage content in Webflow, and track performance in HubSpot to drive qualified leads.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, with real exposure to GEO or AI search visibility.
• Ability to audit an existing SEO program and improve it rather than rebuild it.
• Experience creating content with AI tools while maintaining quality and brand voice.
• Experience managing programmatic SEO programs.
• Working knowledge of Webflow CMS, page building, and on-page SEO.
• Experience building automations (n8n preferred).
• HubSpot experience for reporting and lead tracking.
• Professional-level written and spoken English.

About Pixofix

Pixofix is a visual production studio specializing in AI and 3D visuals and high-end retouching for fashion and ecommerce brands. We combine AI-accelerated production with a global team of human retouchers, so brands get large volumes of imagery that stay consistent and quality-checked.

The role

Organic search is already an active channel for us, with a strategy, a technical foundation and content in place. Your job is to take it further: scale what works, fix what doesn’t, and make Pixofix the brand that appears when buyers search Google or ask ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini about retouching and AI imagery for fashion.

What you’ll do

• Own the SEO and GEO roadmap: review the current strategy, find the biggest gaps and opportunities, and prioritize
• Accelerate a programmatic strategy for SEO & AEO
• Measure and improve our visibility in AI-generated answers: tracking, benchmarking against competitors and acting on the findings
• Plan and produce content (blog, bottom-of-funnel and programmatic pages) using AI-assisted workflows, with human editing for accuracy and brand voice
• Maintain technical health and indexation, and improve existing pages based on performance data
• Create and manage pages and content directly in Webflow
• Design and run automations in n8n for content workflows, reporting, monitoring and internal linking
• Build backlinks and authority through outreach and digital PR
• Connect organic performance to pipeline in HubSpot and report on what drives qualified leads

What we’re looking for

Must-have

• 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, with real exposure to GEO or AI search visibility
• Ability to audit an existing SEO program, then improve it instead of rebuilding it
• Experience creating content with AI tools while keeping quality high
• Experience with managing programmatic SEO programs
• Working knowledge of Webflow (CMS, page building, on-page SEO)
• Experience building automations (n8n preferred)
• HubSpot experience for reporting and lead tracking
• Professional-level written and spoken English

• B2B services or ecommerce SEO experience
