Option One Plumbing is a family owned business, established in 1989 in Rancho Cucamonga, California and has grown to include locations in 4 states. We're looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to join our team and help drive organic growth, improve search rankings, and optimize our digital presence.

Job Overview

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance online visibility. You'll work closely with content, marketing, and development teams to implement best practices and stay ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Optimize website content, metadata, and structure for improved search performance.

• Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to fix issues (e.g., crawl errors, site speed, mobile optimization).

• Build and execute link-building and off-page SEO strategies.

• Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.

• Stay updated with search engine algorithms and industry trends.

• Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.

• Manage online, offline and local SEO , UTMs, Tags and schema markup implementation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.), and basic web development principles.

• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with B2C SEO or e-commerce SEO.

• Knowledge of PPC and content marketing strategies.

• SEO Certification, (Google, BrightEdge, Social Media)

• Basic understanding of JavaScript and HTML for advanced SEO tasks.
