Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a hands-on SEO/SEM professional to own end-to-end search performance for both paid and organic channels. You will translate data into an acquisition strategy, collaborating with content, web, and demand-gen teams to grow rankings, lower CAC, and drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities include auditing technical SEO, managing Google Ads and Microsoft ads, and creating briefs that map search intent to funnel.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience in B2B or B2C tech.
  • Deep proficiency with Google Ads Editor, Search Console, GA4, and at least one major SEO platform (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, structured data/schema, and technical SEO fundamentals — able to write engineering-ready tickets.
  • Demonstrated success growing organic traffic and managing six-figure paid search budgets efficiently.
  • Comfortable with SQL or spreadsheets at an advanced level for campaign and funnel analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Bonus: experience with programmatic SEO, GA4 BigQuery exports, or B2B ABM search campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Own the SEO roadmap: run technical audits (Core Web Vitals, crawlability, site architecture) and prioritize fixes with engineering
  • Build and manage Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns — keyword research, bidding strategy, ad copy, and budget allocation
  • Develop keyword and content briefs that map search intent to the funnel, and partner with writers to ship optimized pages
  • Track rankings, CTR, and conversions using GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, and SEMrush or Ahrefs; report performance to leadership monthly
  • Run structured tests on landing pages, ad copy, and SERP features to improve quality score and conversion rate
  • Manage agencies and freelance vendors for link building, content production, and local SEO
  • Monitor algorithm updates and competitor movement, adjusting strategy proactively
