Job summary

LocalEdge, a Hearst Media Services Company, is seeking an SEO Strategist to join our team. You will work with our existing SEO team to provide strategic services for clients and implement emerging SEO trends. This role may involve client interaction with a heavy focus on content creation.

You will be measured on growth in keyword rankings, quality and quantity of work, and your ability to work independently and with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEO is preferred but not required.
• Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience in SEO is preferred but not required.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and resources are required.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical SEO audits of client websites.
• Identifies, recommends, and implements on-page website SEO optimization.
• Regularly creates and edits website content for a wide range of industries.
• Contributes to the development of the team and other team members.
• Routinely reviews campaign performance and adjusts strategies as needed.
