Job summary

Shopmonkey is seeking a remote SEO/GEO Content Manager to own the organic growth engine and lead end-to-end SEO, GEO, and AI-driven search initiatives across Google and LLM-powered experiences. You’ll design experiments, build analytics frameworks, and work with marketing, product, and engineering to ship fast and learn faster.

The role emphasizes rigorous analysis, strong writing, and a passion for staying ahead of search innovations.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in SEO, growth, analytics, or organic marketing.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an analytical field.
Strong writing and communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
Proficiency with GA4, data analysis, and basic SQL or Python a plus.

Responsibilities

Own technical SEO end-to-end auditing and issue resolution.
Lead GEO/AI search strategy and optimize content and signals.
Design and run continuous SEO and GEO experiments with rigorous measurement.
Build dashboards connecting organic activity to business outcomes.
Implement on-page SEO including schema markup and content structure.
Write product requirements and collaborate with engineering to ship improvements.
Leverage AI tools to scale audits, content production, and research.
Stay current on algorithm updates and translate findings into playbooks.
Distribute and repurpose content across owned and rented channels.
