Calculated Hire is seeking an experienced SEO Content Strategist to support client content and customer experience initiatives in Atlanta.

You will partner with copywriters, UX designers, SEO specialists, and product teams to develop and optimize FAQ, Help Center, and self-service content across digital platforms, ensuring intuitive structures, strong search visibility, and accessible information for customers.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in content strategy, SEO, and digital content management.
• Strong copy development, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Experience applying SEO principles to improve content discoverability.
• Hands-on experience with CMS content updates and management.
• Understanding of information architecture, page structure, and content hierarchy.
• Experience conducting content audits and turning findings into actions.
• Strong written English communication with consistent tone and voice.

Responsibilities

• Partner with copywriters and UX designers to develop content structures and headings that improve navigation and usability.
• Define and maintain tone, voice, and writing style for FAQ and Help Center content.
• Collaborate with SEO teams to review and optimize content for organic search performance.
• Conduct content audits and performance analyses to identify quality and visibility improvements.
• Develop content recommendations with UX, product, and copywriting teams.
• Create, update, and publish content using CMS tools (Contentful preferred).
• Manage content submissions, updates, and workflows through project management platforms (Adobe Workfront).
• Support organization and integration of content within centralized content repositories.
• Collaborate on content strategy and tone of voice for IVR and other customer messaging channels.
• Ensure content remains accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
