T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an Associate SEO Manager to grow organic search performance across its digital properties. You will collaborate with SEO Managers and cross-functional partners to drive optimizations, research, and insights that boost visibility, traffic, and conversions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
1–3 years of SEO experience (agency or in-house).
Strong analytics mindset and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

Assist in executing the holistic SEO roadmap across Google, YouTube, Bing, and other platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally on keyword research, content strategy, and on-page optimization.
Support analytics projects with problem analysis and solution implementation.
Create relevant data visuals to support business decisions and discussions.
Promote SEO best practices across the enterprise and serve as a resource to teams.
Gather and define enterprise reporting goals with partner teams.
Identify trends in search behavior from engines, user actions, and competitors.
